Build interactive dashboards and geospatial maps with Tableau, Power BI, and Python for the Community Data Program and custom analytics projects. These tools support more than 2,000 users and helped improve engagement by 30%.
Administer the program, train members, and provide analytics for consulting projects including KPIs, financial and emissions analysis, and data-driven surveys.

Developed gradient boosting models to classify customer document paragraphs, reaching an average cross-validated F1 score of 0.80. Improved data quality, reduced features by 40% with PCA, and used synthetic sampling and Bayesian optimization to refine model performance.
